Commentics 16 16 The cooking time shown at top is incorrect. It is baked for a total of one hour and in my experience the prep time is longer than 30 min (more like an hour) having made this several times. I generally substitute celery and mushrooms for the cabbage and add a cup of diced onions/shallots and my family thinks it is fantastic in case any readers interested in optional substitutions
